Usage: resize-jpeg [OPTION...] [--] newsize filename
Actually resizes largest side to 'newsize' pixels and the other side scales.
Options:

  -d, --deps                 just check dependents
  -o, --output=outfile       output filename. Default is '/dev/stdout'.
  -v, --verbose              be verbose
  -h, --help                 print this help message
  -V, --version              print version and exit

Mandatory or optional arguments to long options are also mandatory or optional
for any corresponding short options.
